This Acton, MA garden was ready for much more than a few new plants. The client wanted to completely revitalize the existing beds and bring fresh color and life back to the property.
We started from the ground up—literally. The existing soil was tired and depleted, so our crew dug out and removed approximately 10 yards of old soil. We then replaced it with 10 yards of rich garden soil, creating a healthier foundation for the new landscape.
Next came the transformation: 92 perennials were carefully selected and planted throughout the gardens. We used a variety of colors, textures and plant groupings to give the property interest throughout the growing season while complementing the mature shrubs and existing landscape.
Fresh mulch finished everything off, defining the beds and giving the entire property a clean, renewed appearance.
